Field Development Training
(Code: FDT-SMO 2007)
This one and half-year training porgram is designed to equip trainees with related knowledge and skills needed to perform jobs in oil & gas operations through classroom training and on-the-job assignment. The program is summarized as follows:
Through prudent evaluation process during the 5-month training program at Pusdiklat Migas Cepu, qualified trainees will be selected and offered employment with PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia - Sumatera Operations. Selected individuals will be subsequently provided with oppotunities for further career development from field technical experts (Operator and Technician) to other higher opportunities within the company.
