What is Strategic Leadership Experience?

Strategic Leadership Experience (SLE) is an opportunity to step into the shoes of executive-level leaders to gain a better understanding of what it takes to be successful at the strategic level – where results are the ultimate measure of success. In this intense four-day program, you will take part in a challenging leadership simulation where you and your colleagues run a company for three years, gaining hands-on experience in the nine roles of strategic leadership.
