Therefore, Daya Dimensi Indonesia develops our in-house R&D team to capture both everyday and extraordinary occurrences and present meaningful findings to help Indonesian leaders, communities, and organisations grow. We work with organisations in creating bespoke research programmes to support each clients' leadership development. Aside from curating testing tools from different partners, our R&D team also have been creating our own testing tools.
